An exceptionally quick learner, Sam has particular aptitute for grasping complex concepts, and he an effective communicator of his knowledge to both clients and colleagues alike.
Sam is a Patent Attorney on the Flint IP team, with six years’ experience in the profession.
He assists with a wide range of IP services, in particular drafting of new patent applications, conducting patent searching and assessments for both IP protection and freedom to operate, and prosecuting patent applications in New Zealand, Australia and overseas.
Sam’s tertiary background is in law and the sciences, with a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Chemistry) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland, and a Masters of Intellectual Property from the University of Technology Sydney.
